Document Manager could cause an "Object reference not set to an instance of an Object" error when run from Web Services
It was possible for an Object reference not set to an instance of an Object error to be triggered when various internal system functions attempted to access the Document Manager when running from Web Services, and the Web Configuration had set the Document Manager to Not Available.
This was originally identified in the Client Connect Sample Portal, where attempting to access an Account Application, where the Web Configuration set the Document Manager to Not Available.
This has been fixed, and now the Document Manager will not be accessed if it is not licenced, or not available (i.e. disabled in the current Web Configuration).
