HTML Widgets; Background Processes now ignore configured Script Timeout
When using an HTML Widget that runs a background process, e.g., the Publish Documents wizard, the "background processing" part of the Script now ignores the configured Script Timeout.
For example, if a Script's Timeout was configured to 60 (the default) and, running a background process took longer than this, the Script would fail.
The Script timeout is now only applied to the non-background processing calls to the Script.
