HTML Widgets; Log Edit form; When viewing a User Log, a check to the non-existent permission key "User.Logs.ViewExtendedData" was performed

The Log Edit HTML Widget was performing a check to the non-existent permission key "User.Logs.ViewExtendedData" to decide whether to display a button on the Audit page.

This did not cause any issues and is just a code tidy-up.
