finPaymentMethods; simplify GetDataViewFilter functions
Various simplifications and reorganisation of finPaymentMethod "GetDataViewFilter" functions have been made to future-proof this area.
Note, most of these functions are system use only - so should not be used by scripts.
The following function has been obsoleted:
- GetDataViewFilter_ZeptoPayId
- Use GetDataViewFilter_PayId instead.
The following function has been added:
- GetDataViewFilter_PayTo
