Client List report; Report may fail when including Review Date

The Client List report may fail and show an error when including the "Review Date" column.

The error displayed is: "Failed to execute 'ClientList' Report. Failed to execute Query. Failed to execute ClientList' Query. Failed to open DataSet. The multi-part identifier 'Account.DateReview' could not be bound.".
