Business Layer; finCalendarNonWorkingDays.Sort() was always returning False

The finCalendarNonWorkingDays.Sort() Function was always returning False, even if the sort succeeded without issue.

Note: Currently there are no fail conditions possible within this function, meaning that this Function will always return True. Whilst this may change in the future, this is more accurate for the moment.
