HTML Widgets; Account Transaction Entry; Reference, Notes and Value fields now default from the Transaction Type

The Reference, Notes and Value fields now default from the Transaction Type when one is selected from the drop down list.

Where possible, they will resolve automatically. For example, if [User] is used for a Reference, this will resolve as soon as the Transaction Type is selected. Others, such as [Seq] will only resolve when the Transaction is committed.
