Permissions; "OpenToClosedPending" Permissions have been added

The following Permission Keys have been added:

• Account.Loan.Status.OpenToClosedPending
• Account.Deposit.Status.OpenToClosedPending
• Account.Disbursement.Status.OpenToClosedPending

These Permission Keys allow more granular control over which Users can move an Account from the Open to Closed (Pending) Status.

Note: These Permission Keys are enforced at the Business Layer.

Additionally, the Account Close HTML Widget has been updated to display a warning if the User cannot Close an Account (either to Closed or Closed (Pending)). This warning is displayed on the first page, and if displayed the User will encounter an error when trying to commit the close.
