Client Connect Sample Portal; Recent Activity Modal Window can now show additional "detail" information

The Recent Activity modal in the Client Connect Sample Portal has been updated to show login details, not just failure reasons. To achieve this, the Failed Reason column has been updated to Details and will now show additional details such as when an MFA Authenticator App code has been sent to an email address.

Note: Only failures will make the row appear in red. Any row which has details which are not an error will display as a regular row.
