Client Connect Sample Portal; Theme Overhaul

The base version of the Client Connect Sample Portal has had the default theme overhauled. The most significant upgrades are:

• Default colours better match the IS Finance Demonstration logo.
• Interface has been modernised ('flatter' display etc.).
• Hover effects added.
• Improved Fonts.
• FontAwesome and finPOWER Connect Icons have been replaced and consolidated to icons provided by Google Fonts.
