Parameter Sets; Parameter User Defined Field Index now supports 0 to 19

As Account and Client User Data can now support 20 separate User Defined Fields, the Parameter Set User Defined Field Index now supports 0 to 19.

Note, this only applies to Account and Client User Data and not other tables like Entities. The tooltip notes "The User Defined Index refers to the actual database field (User0 to User9 or User19 for Clients and Accounts) that the value will be saved into.".
