Account Restructure HTML Widget; Overriding Payments grid may not allow "Promise" type
The Account Restructure HTML Widget may not allow "Promise" types in the overriding Payments grid.
This occurs if the user is denied the Permission "Account.PaymentArrangementAddAllowPromisePayments".
