Transaction Entry; a script that removes items may leave batch with those items still in it

A finBatch script that removes items in the BatchCommitPre or BatchCommitPreInTransaction events may leave the batch with those items still in it, i.e. the batch can be opened and the items removed will still appear.

This change will ensure any Transaction item that is removed in a script will also be deleted in the saved batch.
