Client Connect Sample Portal; Close Quotations; New Close Quotation Account Logs will not be generated when refreshing a previously generated file

Each time a Client generates a Close Quotation in the Client Connect Sample Portal, an Account Log is generated to store details about the quotation. Once the file is generated for the Client, if they refresh the page displaying the generated document, additional Account Logs were incorrectly generated.

This has been tidied up, and now the existing Account Log is used in this scenario rather than generating an entirely new Account Log. This means that a new Account Log will only be generated specifically when the Client clicks the Download Close Quotation button.
