Account Transactions; make Updated User and Date accessible

Account Transactions include the Date/ Time and User who last updated the record. This information has been made more accessible, as follows:

• Now shown in Account Transaction Summary Page, if it has been updated.
• Available via the Account Transaction List Query and Report export.
• Available via the Business Layer finAccountTransaction object.

The following standard Summary Page block has been updated:
