finBatch; BatchCommitPre and BatchCommitPreInTransaction event script enhancements

The finBatch "BatchCommitPre" and "BatchCommitPreInTransaction" event scripts have been updated to ignore an error if the batch has no Transactions.

For example, if the script removed the only Transaction so there were no Transactions in the batch, finPOWER Connect would previously error with "Batch does not contain any valid transactions to commit.".
