illion BankStatements; Tooltip text added to Cost Centre Export Days Override options

Added a tooltip to the illion BankStatements Export Days Override options on the Options page:

"The number of days worth of data which should be exported. If this is not provided, the default is whatever is set on the account (commonly 90 or 180 days)."
