HTML Widgets; Client Employment Individual Date of Birth has been added

The Client Employment and New Individual Client HTML Widgets have been updated with the Client Employment Date of Birth field.

Note: This change only applies to the New Individual Client HTML Widget when adding a Client from the Client Employment. When run in this way, the New Individual Client HTML Widget is prepopulated with details from the Client Employment, to save reentering data.
