Combine Clients; "Unknown" Gender was limiting matches to Clients which also had "Unknown" Genders

The Combine Clients wizard provides a ranked list of possible matches on the second page. If the main Client had a Gender of Other, then only Clients which had a Gender of Other were being included in the grid. Likewise, if the main Client had a Gender of Unknown, then only Clients which also had a Gender of Unknown was being included in the grid.

This was incorrectly excluding matches, and now Clients of any Gender will be included in the possible match grid, assuming they match on other criteria.

Additionally, any main Client with a Gender other than Unknown, will also include Unknown Clients in the possible match grid, also assuming they match on other criteria.

These changes will broaden the scope of Clients to better identify any possible matches in a database.
