Client; new Foreign Tax Reference added for non-Resident Clients

A new Foreign Tax Reference has been added for non-Resident Clients. This allows a separate Tax Number of up to 20 characters to be stored.

The new Reference is entered underneath the Tax Country in the New Client wizard, Client form and Withholding Tax Details Change wizard.

Note, this is only available for Non-Resident Clients.
