External Parties; Email and SMS actions open the respective wizards with "Client" instead of "External Party" as their type

When the "Send Email" or "Send SMS" actions are run from any of the External Party forms or, from the Client form when showing an External Party, the respective wizards were displayed with a "Type" of "Client" rather than "External Party" (this still works since an External Party is linked to a Client but has less replaceable tags to include in the Email/ SMS message).

Any action relating to an External Party, should now open these wizards with a "Type" of "External Party". The following have been updated:

External Parties form:

• Send Email action
• Send SMS action
• Phone, Mobile and SMS in the summary (if the Key Details page is being used)

External Party Organiser form:

• Phone, Mobile and SMS in the summary

Client form (when viewing an External Party)

• Send Email action
• Send SMS action
• Phone, Mobile and SMS in the summary (if the Key Details page is being used)
