ISServiceLog; "GlobalTestMode" Purge Action obsoleted
The "GlobalTestMode" Service Log Purge Action has been obsoleted.
NOTE: The only thing that used this was the old Messaging (SMS) interface.
In the database upgrade, Service Logs previously using this flag will be updated to a Purge Action of "None" and a Test Mode of "True".
