ClientId table; increased length of Value column from 100 to 255 characters

The "Value" column of the ClientId table has been updated to allow text of up to 255 characters (was 100 characters).

Note, the length of the text that can be stored is still limited to 100 characters. This change was made to better support encrypted values, which increases the size required to store characters.
