Bank Account Suspense Items

When deleting Bank Account Suspense Items and the item is retained, i.e. only flagged as deleted, the date/ time and user who deleted the item is now recorded.

The Bank Account Suspense Item List now includes options to include the following columns:

• Deleted Date
• Deleted User

In addition, the deletion is audited and can be found via the Reports, Audit Search "(Record Update Log search)" , selecting Record Types "BankAccountSuspense". This applies whether or not the item is retained or deleted from the database.
