Account Fee Transactions; there is now a link to the related Bank Transaction

When processing an Account Payment, for example, you can enter a Fee. The Fee Transaction is now related to the Payment Bank Transaction via a new database column AccountTransaction.BankTransactionRelatedPk.

This new link is created via the following processes:

• Account Payment
• Account Refund
• Account Withdrawal
• Bank Transaction Reverse

In addition, the Account Transaction Summary Page now includes a new "View Related Bank Transaction" action button.

The Business Layer object "finAccountTransaction" includes a new property BankTransactionRelatedPk.

The following standard Summary Page block has been updated:
