Portals form; Options page; A custom HTML message can be defined to appear on the Change Password form

The Options page of the Portals form now allows a custom HTML message to be defined to appear on the Change Password form.

This message might be used to give instructions to a Client as to minimum password length and password complexity, e.g., "Password must be at least 8 characters long and include letters, numbers and a symbol".

NOTE: Client Password complexity is configured under Global Settings, Clients, Web Access.
