Administration; Report options permissions

The Print and List action buttons in the Report are now hidden if either of the following permissions are denied:

• The "Report.Admin" permission
• The specific action permission for the report,
• e.g. "Report.Admin.BranchDetails", "Report.Admin.ElementList", etc
