HTML Widgets; Log Edit; Creating a new Log was not setting Workflow details correctly

When using the Log Edit HTML Widget as part of a Workflow, the Workflow details were not set correctly. That is, if creating the Log as part of a Workflow Item, the Log was never linked to the Workflow Item.

This has been fixed, and now generating a Log as part of a Workflow Item will link correctly.
