HTML Widgets; Client Contact Method; "Details" field displaying incorrectly when a Linked Client is used

When adding or editing a Client Contact Method which includes a Linked Client, the Details field is only applicable when a Linked Client has not been selected. Therefore, once a Client has been selected the Details field is hidden.

The Client Contact Method HTML Widget was incorrect re-showing this field when the Advanced button was clicked, even if a Linked Client had been set, which was incorrect.

This has been fixed, and now the Details field will never show if a Linked Client has been set, regardless of the state of the Advanced options.
