HTML Widgets; DBCombo; When refreshing to show a "Workflows" Standard Range, now provides a search box rather than a dropdown

When a widget.UI.DBCombo control is refreshed to show a "Workflows" Standard Range, a search box is now provided rather than a dropdown (since this could grow too large over time).

A Workflows dropdown is shown on the Audit page of the "Log Edit" HTML Widget.

NOTE: Currently, the search box only allows searching on the Workflow Id which is of limited use.
