HTML Widgets; Incoming & Outgoing Communication HTML Widgets; File upload added and Outcome Information List is now sectioned

The Incoming & Outgoing Communication HTML Widgets have been enhanced and now support uploading of a document, as well as the Outcome drop down now being a 'sectioned list' which means it can react to what has been entered in the Subject field.

Additionally, the Outgoing Communication HTML Widget's subject now supports the [list.] narrative when running as a Workflow Item of type Outgoing Communication.

Note: By default, uploading a document is hidden behind the Advanced button. This can be changed in finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration.
