HTML Widgets; New Client wizards; Warning message for invalid Client image behaviour enhanced

If an invalid file has been uploaded in the new Client wizards (individual or organisation), the wizard will prompt the User at the end of the wizard and explain in a message box what the issue was. By this point, the Client has already been created and the alert is just for the Users general information.

Previously, the message box displayed an 'x' at the top right, which could be used to close the message box. Using this to close the message box could lead to the Client being incorrectly added a second time, as the New Client wizard could be completed again.

The 'x' on the top right of the message box has now been removed, so the User is forced to close the message box using the Ok button which will complete the New Client wizard, and open the Client in the Client form. This way, there is no chance of the Client being added again unintentionally.
