Fixed Term Floating Rate Loans; may create Floating Rate change on the incorrect date
The Fixed Term Floating Rate Loan "Floating Interest Rate Change" function may create a Floating Rate change on an incorrect date.
This may happen under a scenario where there is already a Floating Rate change dated between the effective date and the date the change will happen, i.e. the starting date.
This could be because the Floating Interest Rate Change effective date is prior to today.
In some instances, there should not be a Floating Interest Rate change, e.g. if currently the Loan is in a Fixed Interest period and there is no future Floating Rate period.
However, if currently the Loan is in a Fixed Rate period, but there is a Floating Rate period in the future, the Interest Rate change should be dated at the start of the future Floating Rate period.
