Task Manager 2; Folder HTML Widgets; Updated so button to hide summary below grid is unchecked by default

A button below the grid to hide the summary was recently added to the built-in Task Manager 2 folder HTML Widgets.

By default, this button was checked to indicate that the summary was visible and, clicking it would uncheck the button and hide the summary.

This behaviour has been reversed so, when the button is checked, the summary is hidden (the button icon has been updated accordingly).

This change was made since the button is a "Check Button" and, when in it's "checked" state, it is coloured quite boldly which could be off-putting.
