"ServiceLogs.View" permission now stops all access to the Service Log form

When the Permission Key "ServiceLogs.View" is denied the Service Log form will now fail to open without exception.

Log forms have been updated as follows:

• Extended Information page (e.g. Credit Enquiry), under Summary Page - button to open Service Log has been removed.
• "Audit" page, remove drilldown button to open Service Log form.
• This applies to all Log forms, i.e.
• Account
• Account Application
• Client
• Security Statement Log
• Security Statement Item Log
• User
