Client Connect Sample Portal; "Use Client Web Mail?" Global Setting is now respected

The Use Client Web Mail? Global Setting (found on the Client, Web Access page) is now respected in the Client Connect Sample Portal. If this option is unchecked, the Messages page is hidden and access to it is blocked.

Previously, this setting did not affect the Portal at all and the Messages page was visible and functioned, even if the database did not allow Web Mail to be used.

The following Portal has been updated:
