HTML Widgets; User Dashboard; "Quotes & Applications" Parameter handling fixed

When customising the Parameters for the User Dashboard HTML Widget, specifying the Quotes & Applications tab to show resulted in the tab not showing at all.

This was due to the & sign not matching the Id of the page.

This has been fixed, and now Quotes & Applications on the Parameters screen has become Quotes and Applications.

Additionally, tooltips have been added to the headings above Parameters which include a Grouping List to explain which column indicates included and excluded. Previously it wasn't obvious if an option needed to be moved left or right to include or exclude.
