User Settings Business Layer object; "Show" options now check Add-On status

The following properties in finSettingsUser have been updated so that they will check the associated add-on is active while reporting the User Setting value:

• SummaryPagesShowBranchResolved
• Requires Branches add-on.
• SummaryPagesShowBrokerResolved
• Requires External Parties add-on.
• SummaryPagesShowBulkFunderResolved
• Requires Securitisation add-on.
• SummaryPagesShowDealerResolved
• Requires External Parties add-on.
• SummaryPagesShowPoolResolved
• Requires Deposit Accounts add-on.

If the associated add-on is not active, the property will always return False.

The following Summary Page Standard Blocks have been updated:
