Action Scripts; "Run Script" menu option inaccessible when an Action Script without a Category is present

Action Scripts where the Category was (None) was correctly adding the "Run Script" menu option, however this menu option was always disabled.

This behaviour was incorrect, and now where there is an active Action Script without a Category, the "Run Script" menu option will always be available which will launch the Execute Script wizard, allowing the User to select which Action Script Script to run.
