Bank File Import; "Payment Express Payline Results" file format updated to latest specification

The "PaymentExpress Payline Results" Bank Import file format has been updated to the latest specification.

Key changes:

• Now expects Header and Footer lines.
• Supports Transaction Types "P" and "B".
• Previously only "P" was supported.
• Transaction Code now set to the Response Code.
• Previously was set to the Result, which was always 1.
