Client Interest Advice Document; Branch and Entity range now applied to Account

The sample Client Interest Advice Documents filtered Clients by the Branch and Entity ranges entered.

The Entity filter now allows only one Entity to be selected and applies to Accounts. The Branch range also filters Accounts.

In addition, the Branch and Entity bookmarks will relate to the Entity entered in parameters rather than the Client's Branch and Entity.
