HTML Widgets; Client Banking Details; Cancelling a new Zepto Bank Account once the Contact has been created will now prompt the User

When adding a new Zepto Client Bank Account, if the User attempts to cancel the wizard once the new Contact has been created they will now receive the following confirmation:

"Are you sure you want to close this form?

The Zepto Contact created will not be saved."
