Task Manager 2; When viewing for another User, User Preferences are not respected relating to showing System Folders

When signed in as a User, the Task Manager 2 (and the original Task Manager) show system folders based upon the User Preferences, Tasks & Workflows, General page. However, if you changed to view another User's Task Manager, it was still using the signed in User's User Preferences. This has been updated to respect the User Preferences for the User whose Task Manager is being viewed.
