Account Statement Minimum Payment; setting the Direct Debit Value to $0 in a script does not work

Setting the Account Statement Minimum Payment Direct Debit Value to $0 in a script causes the standard Minimum Payment Value to be Direct Debited.

This has been updated to not Direct Debit the Minimum Payment.
