Process Direct Debit Payments wizard; added scriptable ValueComments property

There is now a scriptable ValueComments property that can be used in the Process Direct Debit Payments wizard to provide more information to the User.

Sample code demonstrating this:

AccountDirectDebit.ValueComments = "This is a test"
