Bank Transaction Export Summary report; Unexpected error if "As per Grid" option selected

At the end of the "Export Bank Transactions" wizard, the User is given the chance to "Print Bank Transactions Export Summary?".

If this is checked and the User then selects a Report Format of "As per Grid", an unexpected error, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." occurred.
