HTML Widgets; Incoming and Outgoing Payment Details controls; Selecting item from grid after clicking "Lookup" button fails with JavaScript error

Attempting to select an item from the grid on the "Lookup Banking Details" form (e.g., from the Account Maturity Instruction Change wizard after selecting "Payout All", may fail with a JavaScript error relating to the "PaymentTypeCategory".

This could occur if you changed the existing "Pay Type" from "Cheque" to "Direct Credit", clicked the "Lookup" button and then attempted to select a row with a Type of "Bank Account".
