HTML Widgets; Account Restructure; Setting the Next Payment Date did not always work correctly when using Account Types with Payments configured in advance

Where an Account linked to an Account Type set to use Payments in Advance, setting the next Payment Date in the Account Restructure HTML Widget did not have the desired effect on the Payment Schedule. The original next Payment Date would be retained, and the selected date / cycle would only apply at some point in the future, which was incorrect.

This has been fixed, and now setting the Next Payment date for these types of Accounts will work as expected.
