Specifying a Monitor Category range for "Filter Monitored Accounts" folders that includes
For example, in Task Manager 1, the following would return Accounts in the "INS14" Monitor Category B and also other Monitored Accounts that were not monitored in category B.
Task Manager 2 would only return Accounts in the "INS14" Monitor Category B.
This behaviour has been updated to match Task Manager 1 functionality.
NOTE: The same would happen for Account Applications and Workflows where they too specified a Monitor Category range.
