Portals form; IDE page; Saving record will now always exit Edit mode if User Preferences are configured to do this

The Portals form IDE page did not exit edit mode when saving a record, regardless of User Preference settings. This was by design but since it was not working as expected, the behaviour has been changed so the IDE page now exits Edit mode just like any other page.
